Job Description

We are looking for a help desk technician (Tier 2) to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software. As a help desk technician, you are responsible for responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to our staffs nationwide. The position is based in our Richlands office in QLD.

  1. Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  3. Create, modify, and manage user accounts and access permissions across Active Directory and cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
