We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with:

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing support to end users;
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems;
  • Experience with Office 365 installation and activation;
  • Experience with troubleshooting tasks for both hardware (PCs and printers) and software;
  • Experience working with Active Directory for user management;
  • Experience working with ITIL methodology and best practices;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
