We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with:
Requirements:
- Experience in providing support to end users;
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Experience with Office 365 installation and activation;
- Experience with troubleshooting tasks for both hardware (PCs and printers) and software;
- Experience working with Active Directory for user management;
- Experience working with ITIL methodology and best practices;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
