We are hiring a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide support to users via phone, email, and chat
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows-related issues
+ Perform Active Directory account maintenance and password resets
+ Track and resolve support requests through the ticketing system
+ Use Remote Desktop to assist users with technical issues
+ Escalate more complex issues when needed
Requirements
+ 1+ years of experience in similar role, or technical degree
+ Experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or technical support
+ Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, password resets, and Remote Desktop support
+ Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
