Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work within a managed HelpDesk ticket system
  • Maintain accurately detailed worklogs and documentation
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software & peripherals
  • Provide verbal and written technical support to end-users
  • Desk and Mobile phone setup and support
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, both manually or by using automation for software installs, updates and scans
  • Some Project work such as large software roll-outs or evaluating new technology

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Proven work experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with references
