Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work within a managed HelpDesk ticket system
- Maintain accurately detailed worklogs and documentation
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software & peripherals
- Provide verbal and written technical support to end-users
- Desk and Mobile phone setup and support
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and implement IT policies and procedures
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, both manually or by using automation for software installs, updates and scans
- Some Project work such as large software roll-outs or evaluating new technology
Qualifications
- 5 years of Proven work experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with references
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
