- US Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher
- Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The Help Desk Support Specialist will support the US Army Corrections Command (ACC) Army Corrections Brigade (ACB) G6. The Specialist will provide computer hardware, software, and technical support services to end users, ensuring the reliable operation of government IT systems.
Responsibilities include providing day-to-day IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user account issues, setting up and configuring computers and peripherals, managing service tickets, and assisting military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
