This role is at a forward-thinking organization providing secure video hosting to education and media businesses. Our platform already serves thousands of business customers across multiple countries.
The company has an existing experienced sales and support team, we are expanding it with additional roles.
* B2 B Customer Support Role (no cold calling/sales). We focus on clients considering our service for their trials or live use cases.** Ability to understand the technical product and explain it in detail to potential customers.* Troubleshoot issues through tutorials/guides.** Explain Pricing plans for various customer segments.** Manage conversations over tickets/emails/chat/calls/webinars with customers about support queries/issues/products integration/access.The communication happens mainly via English as many of our global clients have set up email channels.* Use your expertise/experience/training to offer high-quality products k...
