Job :
Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network).
Diagnose and quickly resolve IT incidents.
Ensure follow-up and traceability of tickets using the management system.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Participate in documentation and user training.
Required profile :
A Bac+2/3 degree in IT or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and office tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
Service-oriented, patient, and a team player.
Knowledge of networks and IT security is a plus.
