Our client is seeking a Help Desk to join their team. As a Help Desk, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a large network of employees across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, support experience with Windows 10 and 11, and proficiency in troubleshooting network and printer issues, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Provide Level 1 technical support to users across various departments and locations
+ Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues
+ Document and track support requests using incident and knowledge base systems
+ Ensure timely resolution of user issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
+ Support users with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 2019 applications
