Job Description

Our client is a leading homewares and lifestyle retailer known for exceptional service, beautifully curated ranges, and a warm, customer-first culture. We're looking for a proactive Help Desk Support with Cin7 experience to support their retail stores, online dispatch team, and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role where you'll be the key point of contact for all Cin7 related troubleshooting, system optimization, and day-to-day IT support. If you enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and helping teams feel confident with technology, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1&2 Cin7 support across all stores, dispatch, and warehouse team
  • Maintain accurate data including product information, inventory levels, barcodes, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot sales, PO, stock, and inventory discrepancies
  • Onboard and train staff
  • Review existing processes and implement improvements
