Help Desk and Technical Support Specialist

Forvis Mazars is looking for an IT Consultant with experience in business and IT support and consulting to join our rapidly growing IT Managed Services team. The role focuses on managing client interactions from initiation through completion and developing solution approaches to solve our clients’ business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Interaction with clients to resolve user issues and build relationships
  • Follow client service protocols
  • Resolve complex client problems in a professional manner
  • Create and document client interactions for training purposes and knowledge articles
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions for clients
  • Lead the creation of deliverables, work product, and communications
