Join our Client as a Content Manager (Admin Helpdesk Support) for 6 months as a non-ongoing emlpoyee, working with a talented team to tackle helpdesk enquiries, ensure smooth incident resolution, and uphold information management standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming helpdesk enquiries with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
  • Manage mailbox and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Generate monthly reports using ServiceNOW to track progress.
  • Experience Needed:
  • Proficiency in Content Manager 9 or above system administration.
  • Previous customer support or helpdesk experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting capabilities.
