Job Description
Helm is seeking an Income Development Manager to enhance F&I sales in Quebec. Work directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
As a member of Helm, you’ll collaborate with dealership personnel and client field teams for Stellantis’ Mopar Vehicle Protection division. Your responsibilities will include developing long-lasting relationships, creating action plans, and training teams to drive product sales. You will regularly consult with management to optimize dealership performance while utilizing Salesforce.com to track your progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with dealerships and clients
• Partner with leadership for effective sales strategies
• Consult on performance and product opportunities
• Train dealership staff on product offerings
• Conduct territory management for optimal ROI
Requirements:
• 2-3 years F&I experience in automotive
• Proven consulting or sales success
