Work Set Up: Hybrid (4-6x RTO/ month) | Night Shift
We are looking for a Hedge Fund Associate to support fund accounting, NAV preparation, reconciliations, and investor reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in alternative investments and exposure to a variety of financial instruments and client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accounting data for assigned client funds and engagements
Perform monthly NAV calculations, cash, and position reconciliations
Price portfolios according to firm and fund pricing policies
Prepare accounting entries, fund expense reconciliations, and investor allocations
Assist with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
Support year-end audits and liaise with auditors/tax contacts
Analyze client accounts, historical fund data, and performance metrics
Address client queries promptly, escalating when necessary
