Deliver AIR's Fleet Readiness: Own Heavy Maintenance Technical Execution at the Aircraft
The Heavy Maintenance Technical Execution Manager is a key member of the Fleet Aviation Sourcing & Technical (FAST) organization within TechOps, responsible for the technical execution of Heavy Maintenance programs across the Amazon AIR fleet. This role serves as the execution focal point for heavy maintenance delivery, working within a carrier-managed model across three fleet types (B767, B737, A330) and five carrier/MRO partners at domestic and international facilities. The Heavy Maintenance Technical Execution Manager owns technical execution at the point of work, from check induction and workscope validation through hangar-level execution oversight and return-to-service, delivered through program managers and on-site third-party (3P) representatives embedded in the hangar.
