Title: Heavy Haul Lowboy/Winch Truck Operator

Description: Thompson Construction Group is currently looking for a Heavy Haul Lowboy/Winch Truck Operator responsible for operating a truck & trailer for the transportation of construction equipment and materials in our Fort McMurray area of operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Operating tractor and lowboy equipment trailers, moving equipment and materials between various projects in Ft McMurray and surrounding area

  • Deliver equipment and other material as determined by the Supervisor

  • Safely load and unload equipment and secure loads for transportation as required.

  • Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks to proactively identify any potential mechanical issues and advise the Supervisor.
