**Position:** Heavy Equipment Operator

**Location:** Windsor, CO

**Project:** Data Center Construction

**Duration:** Through end of month (July), with potential extension

**Schedule:** Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM (60+ hours/week)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate **excavators (track hoes)** and **skid steers** safely and efficiently.
+ Perform site civil construction work including:
+ Excavation
+ Trenching
+ Grading
+ Material movement
+ Assist with **concrete demolition** and site preparation.
+ Complete daily equipment inspections.
+ Follow all site safety and project procedures.
+ Support field crews to maintain project schedules.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

+ **2+ years** operating excavators/track hoes and skid steers.
+ Experience on **commercial or industrial construction sites** .
