**Job Title: Field Technician – Trackhoe / Fine Grade Crew**
**Job Description**
This role supports busy grading and commercial sitework projects by operating trackhoes and related equipment, assisting with utility digging and backfilling, and helping prepare sites for pipe installation and fine grading. You will work outdoors on active construction sites, contributing directly to safe, efficient, and well-organized project execution.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate trackhoes and other heavy equipment to support grading and commercial sitework activities.
+ Perform utility digging and backfilling tasks in accordance with project plans and site requirements.
+ Assist with pipe installation by measuring materials, staging them, and delivering them to pipe layers.
+ Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area throughout each shift.
+ Interpret grade stakes and follow site development plans and blueprints as directed.
