Under the direction of the Lead Hand, you will take on operational duties supporting winter and summer municipal projects. This involves grading, signage installation, and engaging in snow clearing operations. Your expertise in handling graders, backhoes, and snowplows will ensure safe roadways and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders, backhoes, and snowplows effectively
• Maintain parks, pathways, and municipal roads
• Clear snow and winterize local infrastructure
• Report hazards and assist with municipal monitoring
• Perform daily inspections on all equipment
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years as a DZ class truck driver
• Valid Class DZ driver’s license and WHMIS certification
