HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC OR AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN OR APPRENTICE

Key Accountabilities

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and service agricultural and industrial heavy equipment within established time standards.
• Prepare accurate service and repair reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Undertake assignments as required in support of client needs.
• Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviours and objectives at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Agricultural/Industrial Technician License, or take on apprenticeship toward achieving one.
• Must be able to read and understand prints, drawings and technical bulletins.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage often changing and competing priorities. ...
