Elevate your skills as a Service Technician focused on heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair. Engage in diagnosing and servicing mechanical and electrical systems for a significant fleet, ensuring optimal performance.
As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with experienced technicians, conducting maintenance and repairs while leveraging OEM diagnostic methods. You'll be responsible for road tests and ensuring all work is documented accurately for quality assurance and warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and repairs on truck systems
• Manage maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tune-ups
• Conduct detailed diagnostic road tests
• Mentor Apprentices and guide their training
• Communicate with supervisors regarding work progress
Requirements:
• Secondary education completion essential
• 4+ years of experience as a technician
• Red Seal Trade Certification required
• Valid inspection ticket is an asset
