Heavy Duty Mechanic

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our client’s maintenance team located near Invermere, BC .

Pay - $50/hr

Shift - Day and afternoon biweekly rotation

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty diesel equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on forestry and mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Repair and replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, axles, and hydraulic systems.
• Service equipment such as loaders, skid steers, forklifts, log loaders, and heavy trucks.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
