Heavy Duty Mechanic

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in maintaining and repairing various types of heavy machinery, including Semi Tractors, and trailers, and other various equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Trucks, trailers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and components.
• Operate heavy equipment as required for testing after repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed, at time of repair.
