Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a Switchboard Operator (part-time) for Foresterhill Health Campus, Aberdeen. The role runs 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1pm–6pm, working within the ICT Services, Customer Services team.

You will operate a computerised switchboard, respond to pager requests and emergencies, and provide advice and support to NHS staff and the public. Full training is provided; disclosure processes may apply.
