WNS is seeking a Site CSR to handle outbound and inbound calls from healthcare providers, assisting with registration, login, and assessment completion while guiding users through scoring results.

The role requires PRC and USRN licenses with bedside experience, triage phone handling, and solid healthcare knowledge, with night shifts and holiday/weekend work supported by a growing team and day-one HMO, training and paid leaves.
