Title: Senior Data Governance & Data Quality Consultant (Healthcare)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support a healthcare data initiative within the Ontario ecosystem. This role focuses on data governance, data quality, and privacy compliance (PHIPA), working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments across complex healthcare datasets
- Define and implement data quality rules, KPIs, and monitoring processes
- Support development and execution of data governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with PHIPA and other healthcare privacy regulations
- Participate in or lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation
