UST is seeking a Customer Service Associate – Associate II – BPM to join our Healthcare Claims Operations team in Mexico. You will respond to outbound calls, document interactions in ticketing systems, and provide timely data to customers while ensuring high service levels.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior healthcare call center experience is preferred.
