Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and administers a full time health program for supported units, to include occupational health, patient screening, emergency medical care, medical treatment referrals, and associated health education. Provides day-to-day administration, management, and operation of the medical unit on behalf of the unit commander in his/her absence. Reviews the effectiveness and status of unit 'functions through inspections and visual observations, and reports of finding and suggested courses of resolution to the commander and staff.
