Health, Safety & Training Administrator

We are currently seeking a Health, Safety and Training Administrator.

Position: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday working 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, a total of 40 hours per week.

What does the role entail?

  • Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Health, Safety and Training functions within the Distribution Centre.
  • Maintain and update Health & Safety management systems, compliance databases and departmental records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the Health & Safety compliance calendar, coordinating activities such as risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work, training requirements and statutory inspections to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
