Tasks
Support operational teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures. Provide on-site coaching and guidance to supervisors and employees on safety best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with CNESST standards and actively manage relationships related to workplace incidents and claims. Participate in incident investigations and support corrective action plans. Assist in the development and implementation of safe work procedures, particularly for high-risk activities. Deliver health and safety training programs aligned with legislative and corporate requirements. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental standards. Collaborate with management to improve loss prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
