With a strong focus on hazard analysis and risk assessment, you will conduct orientations and manage the OHS reporting process. Your collaborative approach will be essential for efficiently working alongside maintenance and production teams, furthering workplace safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate safety orientations and crew talks
• Conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments
• Liaise with WorkSafe and manage OHS documentation
• Supervise and conduct safety audits regularly
• Manage the return-to-work process and communications
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of Health and Safety experience
• OHS-related post-secondary education
