Job Description

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Wellness, the Health, Safety & Wellness Coordinator will assist and support in the continued development, implementation and evaluation of our health & safety and well-being strategic framework, policies, and programs. The Health, Safety & Wellness Coordinator will assist with health, safety and wellness initiatives aimed at promoting healthy and safe lifestyles by fostering a healthy workplace culture at the individual and organizational level.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Communication

  • Create health promotion and HSE communications, including but not limited to, wellness/mental health moments, newsletter articles, social media posts, tool box talks, initiative communications. 
  • Work with Internal Communications to push out team member communications.
