- Engage appropriate stakeholders and program managers to ensure collaboration in development and full implementation of HSE policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and company-wide policy compliance.
- Lead and embed a high performing HSE culture across our UK and Ireland operations.
- Develop training and audit/inspection tools to support robust site HSE program. Support regional specific HSE processes and procedures in support of company-wide initiatives and direction.
- Develop and implement plans, processes and procedures to ensure conformance with regulatory OSHA, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 45001 certifications and company requirements and initiatives at all UK and Europe sites
- Support the UK HQ with ensuring it meets its EHS legislative requirements.
- Perform the site security controller duties. Must have Security Clearance or the ability to obtain this.
