Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Health Information Management (Medical Records) Clerk to join our Healthcare team. In this role, you will maintain the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of patient medical records while supporting healthcare providers with timely access to health information. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, knowledge of electronic health records (EHR), and a commitment to HIPAA compliance and exceptional customer service.


Essential Responsibilities
