As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will help enhance the patient experience while working within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of patients and clients. You will demonstrate genuine interest and respect for our clients, using your knowledge, skills, and abilities to competently provide direct client care.
