Your Opportunity:

The Elk Point Healthcare Centre has an opportunity for a passionate Health Care Aide (HCA) dedicated to patient- and family-centered care. This role will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team in the 12-bed acute care and 5-bed emergency department. You will provide personal assistance and support services to the clients requiring care. Working under a regulated health professional following patient care plans and facility policies, you will assist with activities of daily living, such as hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, and safety, while also supporting organized activities or programs. Superior interpersonal skills will be used daily as you work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and health professionals.
