Job Description

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Account, you will assist patients, healthcare members, and providers with healthcare-related inquiries, benefits information, appointment concerns, and general customer support. You will play an important role in delivering quality service and support to healthcare members.



Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Assist members with healthcare benefits, coverage, and eligibility questions

Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and policies

Help customers navigate claims, billing, and account-related concerns

Document customer interactions in internal systems

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements



At least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
