Health and Wellness Specialist

Work location: Based out of Texas Health Dallas and Texas Health Fort Worth
Work hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with up to two Saturdays per month required
This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract
Here's What You Need:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
* MA - Medical Assistant Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from a nationally recognized certifying organization. Required upon hire. Other National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) 18 Months required.
* 4 Years Experience in a healthcare or community health environment providing patient education, facilitating health discussions, or presenting health-related information to individuals or groups, required.
