Health and Safety Officer

Phoenix Marine Manufacturing is looking for an experienced/qualified Health and Safety Officer to join our team. This role will be required to ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health for all employees, contractors, and visitors involved in the yacht building process.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Health and Safety Management.
• ISO9001 Audit Management.
• Waste management including driving green production ethos and implementation thereof.
• General Facility Management including maintenance of all buildings,
• Facility Management integration with production and quality management systems.
• Support the development of OHS policies and programs for the yacht production division.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery, personal protective equipment, fire safety, etc.)
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures for all yacht building activities. <...
