Drive JLL's EHS culture and compliance as the Health and Safety Manager. This on-site role focuses on location-specific safety measures across Canada.
The Health and Safety Manager at JLL will act as the central point of contact for all environmental health and safety needs in Bromont, Montreal, and Sherbrooke. You will lead the development of EHS programs, ensuring compliance and the promotion of a safety-first culture. This critical role contributes to key organizational outcomes in safety and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS training and program development for employees
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Report on safety trends and compliance metrics
• Facilitate safety incident investigations and corrective actions
• Coordinate with other safety professionals for best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years relevant experience
