Job Description
Elevate workplace safety with Lantic Inc. as a Health and Safety Coordinator in Taber, Alberta. Support the management team in risk analysis and implementing best practices in occupational health and safety.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Health and Safety, ensuring a strong safety culture at the Taber facility. Collaborate with various teams to develop safety training programs while managing workplace risks and improving safety protocols during audits and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze workplace-related risks
• Support management with health and safety strategies
• Organize safety training and OHS activities
• Develop and implement safety training modules
• Collaborate on return-to-work and integration programs
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in occupational health and safety
• 3-5 years of industrial health and safety experience
• CRSP designation is an asset
• Excellent MS Office computer skills
