Headstock Person

We are looking for a Head Stockperson to lead the team at La Belle Station - a key part of AACo’s northern portfolio. Located near the NT coastline, La Belle is a unique floodplain operation known for its rich grazing country, high-performing cattle, and integration into AACo’s broader supply chain.

 As Head Stockperson, you’ll play a key role in station operations—leading the stock camp, building capability within the team, and ensuring day-to-day activities are carried out safely and efficiently. You’ll oversee livestock handling and welfare, drive training and assessment through our Operational Skills Framework, and maintain compliance with company policies and performance standards.
