Job Description

You will help run a special kind of machine (called a Formax Header) that shapes metal into things like screws, bolts, and other small metal parts. These machines push and shape metal without heat, using tons of force — kind of like a super‑strong Play-Doh press for metal.

You’ll learn how to set up the machine, run it safely, check the quality of the parts it makes, and fix small issues when they come up.

Responsibilities

• Run the machine safely and help set it up so it makes the right parts.
• Adjust the equipment when needed, based on what you were trained to do.
• Make tooling tweaks (small mechanical changes) to keep the machine running properly.
