Job Description

Were a fast-moving web development agency looking for an operator who can own the full delivery + operations function end-to-endfrom post-sale client handoff through final site delivery and ongoing client communication.

Youve ideally:

  • Run ops inside a web/dev/creative agency (or owned your own)

  • Managed developers and VAs

  • Built/ran repeatable delivery workflows (intake build QA launch)

  • Communicate clearly with clients and can lead projects without heavy oversight
  • Client onboarding + post-sale communication

  • Project management across multiple builds

  • Managing developers/VAs (delegation, deadlines, QA, accountability)

  • Delivery process + SOPs (tightening systems as we grow)

  • Ensuring projects ship on time, at quality, with great client experience
