Role Overview

The Head - RPO Service Delivery will own the end-to-end delivery of Talentiser's RPO business. This leader will be responsible for ensuring exceptional recruitment outcomes, driving operational excellence, building high-performing recruitment teams, managing client relationships, and delivering against aggressive hiring targets and service-level commitments.
