Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing retail operational policies and procedures manual
Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control,
shrinkage management, reduction, and audit compliance.
Contributes to the expansion process and set up plans at the strategic and operational levels.
Identify the feasibility, market, location, and geographical strategy for the opening of the new retail showrooms.
Involve in the strategic management and decision-making process after the detailed market analysis for the
business expansion.
