Role : Head Program Management Office (PMO) Experience : 15+ Years Location –Mumbai, Job Descriptio n Role Summa ry The Head of PMO is responsible for overall program governance, milestone tracking, and performance reporting across all sites and workstreams. The role ensures delivery alignment between engineering, construction, finance, and client tea ms. Key Responsibili tiesEstablish a centralized PMO with digital dashboards and K PIs.Track all workstreams: land, power, design, construction, client onboard ing.Manage cost, schedule, and scope across proje cts.Lead monthly program reviews with CEO.Develop project controls and risk management templa tes. Ideal Backg round15–20 years in program / portfolio management in EPC, IT Infra, or manufactu ring.Certification in PMP / Lean Six Sigma prefe rred.
