Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Drive the Group functional capability development framework to ensure that all functional areas within the organization have the necessary competencies to build and sustain highly capable talents across organizations.
Lead the execution of functional capabilities development of both technical and non-technical competencies, which includes identifying critical skill sets, and driving the continuous enhancement of the functional expertise to ensure the organization is agile, competitive, and aligned with future business needs.
Partner with business leaders and employees to ensure the functional capability development program is innovative, effective, and integrated across the Group.
Collaborate with various HR functions to implement HR initiatives ensuring they are aligned with the broader talent strategy and support the overall business objectives of the Group.
