- Lead and develop a high-performing Origination organization, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, engagement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end Origination value chain, ensuring efficient, scalable, and customer‑centric operations
- Shape and drive the future Origination operating model through digitalisation, intelligent automation, AI‑enabled processes, and strategic transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase scalability, improve workforce productivity and support sustainable growth
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design and deliver seamless customer journeys and strategic growth initiatives
