Job Description

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Automation General Manager to lead on-site maintenance of its automated warehouse system, including adapters, lifts, bots, conveyors, controls and infrastructure, blending hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting with people leadership.

This role drives preventive/corrective maintenance, continuous improvement, safety culture, and cross-functional partnership with Operations, Engineering, SRTE, and customer teams in a high-volume distribution environment.
