Tan Chong Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Head of Service for its truck division to lead after-sales operations across company-owned and dealer workshops. The role focuses on workshop management, fleet support, 24/7 breakdown response, and service contract growth, with strong liaison to the principal OEM to align standards and warranty matters.
